The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the attractions, and even near the beach. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms. the staff was great, always ready to help and very friendly. the laundry facilities were a bonus, saving a lot of time and money.
The noise level from the lounge area was quite high and could be disturbing, especially during the day when it was not meant for resting.

The owner and staff were extraordinarily hospitable and friendly. The hostel was clean and cozy, with a great location near the city center. Free lockers, good WiFi, and available sockets were notable amenities. Despite being in a basement, it was well-ventilated.
Nothing that I didn't like.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend and were very impressed with the exclusive amenities available. the service was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We loved spending time in the leisure room which was clean, spacious, and had a great TV room. the outdoor dining area was a lovely touch too. Our room was luxurious with beautiful private facilities, comfortable beds, and an unbeatable location just a short walk from the city center.
The only minor issue we encountered at this hotel was the lack of windows in our room which made it slightly stuffy at times. the centralized ventilation system adequately ventilated the area.

The hostel offered very friendly and available staff who were always happy to help. the hostel was centrally located to key city areas such as shops and public transit. the added advantage of being able to use the laundry machine and drier for free was appreciated.
The lack of windows and daylight in the rooms was a downside for me personally. the corridor leading to the dorms had very bright lights that could not be turned off, making it hard to sleep when someone opened the door.

We had a great stay at this hostel! Best aspects were its cleanliness, friendly staff, and great location close to all the attractions. Plus, there was parking available right outside the hotel which made it easy for us to get around. We also loved how close it was to the beach.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always available to answer questions. It was great that the hostel had a parking area and a laundry room. the location was convenient and close to many restaurants and attractions.
The hallway lights were too bright and couldn't be turned off, making it challenging to sleep at night. the mattresses were uncomfortable and had protruding springs.
